LATEX GLOVES raw materials

In the production of LATEX GLOVES the product undergoes several washing processes which are performed at temperature.

To process the latex into an examination glove form, molds, which are also called formers, determine the texture and size of the glove. The formers pass through a production line, where thy are dipped into the latex liquid formulation. The speed of the production line will affect the thickness of the glove, which is related to the strength.

Once the medical gloves have passed through this stage, they will be sent for wash and drying process before testing the quality. The Washing is to remove harsh chemicals and minimize the protein content.

RF-9619 is a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer emulsion designed for disposable medical examination gloves.

RF-9619 has high tensile strength, high chemical resistance used for supported glove applications like medical examination gloves.
